Digital Marketing Analyst (Entry Level)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team in a time of exciting transformation and growth. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst within the Integrated Web Services team and support execution, measurement and reporting for all digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, curious, and forward-thinking team player with the ability to turn data into insightful stories. You’ll work with multiple internal teams (PPC, SEO, Social) where you’ll learn and master new skills in a fast-paced digital advertising agency environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage client dashboard reporting needs, with a focus on providing well thought-out insights and analyses
  • Prioritize ad-hoc data requests and troubleshooting for our internal team members
  • Collaborate on client measurement plans including KPIs and benchmarks
  • Partake in on-going implementation of website optimizations
  • Present key findings and marketing deliverables to both internal and external clients
  • Aid in the creation and execution of “test and learns”
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Learn the latest digital marketing platforms/tools

 

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience in digital marketing/media or relevant experience
  • Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (Bonus Points for Google Sheets)
  • General knowledge of Google Analytics (Bonus Points for Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords and core social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Passion for learning and growth
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and perform under tight deadlines
  • Certifications/qualifications in Analytics, AdWords or other key marketing platforms is a plus
